Can I get my cellular phone number in advanced?
Yes, your cellular phone number will be assigned in advanced, and will be sent via e-mail.
Do I need a SIM Card?
EZ Wireless Communications cellular phones come with a SIM. The phones are already programmed are ready to be used in the country you are traveling to from the moment you receive it.
Do you require a deposit?
No. Upon reserving a phone, we’ll take a $500 authorization on your account. An authorization is different from a deposit because the funds are not taken from your account. Instead, the bank will put a hold for the authorized amount, but will not release the funds to us. The authorization will be valid until the phone is returned and charges are fully paid.
How far in advanced can I reserve a phone?
You may place a reservation on-line 24 hours a day, or you may also call our Customer Service Department at 866-939-9473. We recommend that you place a reservation at least 3 days in advanced. Nonetheless, last minute reservations are always welcome.
How do I receive the phone?
We will deliver the phone to your home or office in the US via DHL. Unless otherwise specified, the phone will be shipped Second Day, and will be delivered by 5PM to a business, and by 7:30 to a residence.
Do you have next day deliveries?
Yes. We provide Next Deliveries in the US.
How do I return my phone?
Whenever you are ready to return the phone, simply put it inside the provided pre-printed envelope and call 1-800-CALL-DHL to arrange a pickup. They will pick-up the phone and will send it right back to us. When they pick up the package, have them sign the Airbill and keep the “Sender’s Copy” for your records.
When do cellular rental charges begin?
Charges begin from the moment you leave the country. If time permits it, we will deliver the phone to you two business days in advanced at no extra cost.
Do I have to active the cellular phone when I receive it?
No. The cellular phones are already activated, and programmed, and are ready to be used in the country you are traveling to from the moment you receive it.
Is it easy to make international calls?
Yes, it is. You simply Hold 0 until a + appears and then dial the country code+phone number. We have put together a complete list of international country codes.
